There’s nothing quite like summertime in Britain: lush green grass on the heaths, strawberries and cream, a crisp pint of your favorite brew, and British tradition after British tradition.

It’s important to plan ahead for all of these across-the-pond events, so let us know as soon as possible which one tickles your fancy. We will work with our on-the-ground NoteWorthy pals to design a customized itinerary for your next jaunt to the UK!

Some dates to keep in mind for summer 2025. . .

RHS Chelsea Flower Show
May 20th – 24th

In the company of a Garden Designer, see leading designers pull out all the stops with world-class Show Gardens in their bid to win an RHS Gold medal and the coveted award for Best Show Garden. More than 80 exhibitors from regular favorites to exciting new faces line up to create dazzling displays.

Trooping the Colour & The King's Birthday Parade
June 14th

Trooping the Colour (don’t forget the U!) is a military parade held each year to celebrate the Sovereign’s birthday. This display of pomp and pageantry involves 1,400 soldiers on parade, 200 horses, 400 musicians from 10 military bands and massed drums. Together, they march and play as one. After the parade, head to the nearby barracks for a delectable private lunch with wine pairings, possibly even spotting soldiers who participated in the day’s events. This gives you unprecedented access to the soldiers marching back to the barracks and a fabulous view of the fly-past during a champagne reception.

Royal Ascot
June 17th – 21st

Royal Ascot—hosted at a racecourse full of heritage for one of the world’s most prestigious race meetings—is attended annually by the Royal Family. The Royal Procession arrives to mark the opening of the five days of world-class racing. The third day of the race is colloquially known as “Ladies’ Day,” a day to see and be seen. High fashion and millinery masterpieces take centerstage on this day as onlookers experience the thrill of racing’s elite riders competing for the historic Gold Cup. Thanks to NoteWorthy’s connections, you’ll be accompanied by a horse racing expert with over 20 years of experience and a black book of contacts to grant you privileged access into otherwise off-limits areas to the general public.
