Our partners on-the-ground in New York City, Beyond Times Square, have the keys to all the exclusive, closed-to-the-public experiences and events that you could ask for. It’s no surprise, really, that they have put together the most exclusive New Year’s Eve gala in the Big Apple this year, and Poe Travel clients will enjoy VIP access.
The Happiest New Year
Jet off to the city and enjoy a stay at the luxe Renaissance New York Times Square, where the gala will take place. On the big night, avoid the crowds of millions in Times Square by getting all dolled up and simply walking from your room down to the R Lounge and Living Room to join the party.
Enjoy spectacular views of Times Square at night and the Times Square One building, on top of which the iconic New Year’s Eve ball drop happens. R Lounge boasts the best large scenic windows in Times Square on three sides of the Main Room, providing an unobstructed, panoramic view of the annual New Year’s Eve party AND the only available frontal view of the ball drop in the Times Square area.

Take in the breathtaking spectacle and mingle with other sophisticated guests in the two main areas at the gala: the Main Room, with its large windows on three sides, VIP/VVIP tables, and a dance floor; and the Living Room, including a cocktail seating area, open bar, and hot and cold food stations.
The Gala, which begins at 8:30 pm and goes on until 1:00 am, offers passed hors d’oeuvres, food stations from 9-11 pm, sumptuous desserts, a premium open bar, specialty cocktails, champagne toast, and live entertainment with plenty of time to cut a rug.
You can choose to go with premium admission, which includes your food and beverages for the evening, or you can splash out on a VIP or VVIP private table for a glorious view of the ball drop to welcome 2023 in the most memorable way.
