Opening in spring 2022, in time for spring break, Four Seasons Hotel & Residences Fort Lauderdale will bring unrivaled style and service to this celebrated vacation city. Located on a vibrant stretch of South Florida’s famed Atlantic coastline halfway between Miami and Palm Beach (45 minutes in either direction), the hotel enjoys a prime address on Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard.
There is an array of options as far as getting to the hotel. Easiest of all is flying into Fort Lauderdale’s own airport, which is only 20 minutes away from the hotel. However, if you’re flying into Miami or Palm Beach, you’re under an hour’s drive from either. No matter how you get here, it won’t be long from the moment you touch down that you will be sitting in the sunshine and enjoying a phenomenal beach view.
A Place to Lay Your Head
As you’d expect from Four Seasons, all the accommodations on offer are luxe and comfortable. The hotel offers a range of accommodation options without feeling overly large like many beachfront properties do. There are only 189 accommodations in total, which includes 19 suites and 41 hotel residences.

No matter which level of accommodation you choose, you’ll enjoy a furnished balcony offering views of the city, Intracoastal Waterway, or the Atlantic Ocean. Most of the hotel residences include a full kitchen and laundry for the ultimate home-away-from-home feel.
The décor in the rooms was inspired by Fort Lauderdale’s yachting heritage, marrying a Riviera lifestyle with the freshness and elegance of mid-century modernist design. The result is a very plush but understated vibe, the perfect complement to a sunny Florida day outside your window.
Dining & Relaxation
You’d expect no less from Four Seasons than exceptional dining, and they are ready to deliver in Fort Lauderdale with several phenomenal dining options. Evelyn’s Fort Lauderdale, located on the third-level Ocean Sun Deck for spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean, brings coastal cuisine and Eastern Mediterranean flavors together in the most blissful way.
You’ll also have Honey Fitz, an inviting all-day lounge for morning coffee, midday beach picnics, and evening wine and champagne. A day in the Floridian sunshine wouldn’t be complete without poolside cocktails and cuisine, which you can have served to you right in your lounge chair or cabana as you relax. Of course, if you can’t pull yourself away from your swell room, suite, or residence, you are free to indulge in the 24-hour in-room dining menu.

It’s also worth noting that another restaurant, which will be located at boulevard-level, will be opening at the resort in fall 2022, making it something to look forward to for a festive stay or for next spring break!
Two horizon-edge Atlantic-view pools are located on the third-level Ocean Sun Deck, in the same area as Evelyn’s, which is the perfect place for pure relaxation and working on your tan. A dedicated area on Fort Lauderdale Beach is also available exclusively for guests of the hotel, complete with a beach toy station and beach concierge.
Hop on a complimentary bicycle to explore the beachfront, or get your exercise indoors at the 24-hour fitness center, which was designed by celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak.
The hotel’s spa was inspired to give guests a journey reflecting the movement of water, which is fitting given the infinite waterways that weave through Fort Lauderdale. You’ll find six spa treatment rooms—including a couple’s suite—and salt-wall saunas, aroma steam rooms, ice fountains, and a full-service salon. Daily yoga and aquafit classes are offered, and an interactive wellness studio will allow you to connect with nature while you stretch and meditate.
