1. Neoclassical Villa on the Amalfi Coast
Located in the Sorrento area, on the stunning Amalfi Coast, is this elegant late-19th-century five-bedroom villa, spanning 5,300 square feet. Finely appointed with antiques, neoclassical artwork, and painted murals, the villa sits in a panoramic position, perfect for enjoying the view from the rooftop terrace with jacuzzi, which overlooks the Gulf of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Another highlight is the furnished patio, which includes a huge infinity pool, barbecue, and gazebo, perfect for dining al fresco on meals prepared by the in-house chef!
Just off the patio, you’ll find an eat-in kitchen, a living room, and a dining room with seating for ten, as well as a formal sitting room. A stately staircase leads you to the second floor, where you’ll find the five bedrooms (four with European King beds, one with two twins, all with en-suite bathrooms). Bedrooms feature either Juliet balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows, or open onto the large terrace overlooking the pool.
The villa functions as a fantastic base for exploring this region. In addition to being close by to Sorrento, the quaint village of Santa’Agata sui Due Golfi is less than three miles away, featuring many shops and restaurants and an abundance of Italian charm.
For a family or group of friends, this villa is an exceptional private residence, where you’re sure to create once-in-a-lifetime memories on Italy’s most famous coastline.
2. Roman Penthouse Fit for an Emperor
The Roman penthouse is one of the finest suites in Italy, featuring 5,300 square feet of space just for you and your family. You’ll feel as though you’ve become the Emperor of Rome in this palatial residence, which takes up the entire eighth floor of the stately five-star Baglioni Hotel Regina and enjoys a prime location on Via Veneto, just a short walk from the Spanish Steps.
Kick back and enjoy the iconic views of the Eternal City while you let your private chef, bartender, and even service staff look after every detail. You will enjoy the private feeling of this space without having to sacrifice location, as you’ll be right in the heart of Rome and able to move about the city easily. As the suite is accessible by private elevator, you’ll enjoy a private check-in in your new home.
The residence has three bedrooms (master with a king bed and two additional bedrooms that can be set up with either two twins or one large bed), four bathrooms, two spacious living areas, and a dining room. The collection of art and custom furniture reflect many of the best aspects of Italian design. Our favorite feature is the gigantic wraparound terrace with plenty of space for enjoying the views, a jacuzzi, and space for outdoor dining.
3. Secret Gem on Lake Como
Lake Como, only a stone’s throw from Milan, is a fantastic area for exploring the stunning Italian outdoors, and it’s also an easy base to cross over and discover some of southern Switzerland as well. You’ll have no shortage of activity options when you move into this stunning secret gem on the Lake, a two-bedroom private villa with over 2,100 square feet of indoor space and nearly 2,000 square feet of outdoor space, making it perfect for families.
The master bedroom features a king bed, and you can choose between a queen bed or two twins in the second bedroom. Both feature en-suite bathrooms. The residence also features a dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing some Italian fare after returning from the local market. If you’d prefer to sit out on the cooking and let the professionals handle it, you can also take up the option for a private chef.
As if the villa itself wasn’t perfect enough, residents at the villa also enjoy the benefits of Hotel Villa Flori, just two minutes down the road, including their restaurants, spa, and gym.
4. Luxury in the Heart of Florence
Florence is a must-visit for those interested in art and culture, and this stylish two-bedroom apartment provides the perfect base for your next journey. Located in a historic palazzo right in Piazza della Signoria, this luxury apartment features a cozy dining room with seating for four people and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen.
Both bedrooms are spacious and feature king-sized beds, though the second bedroom can be divided into twins if you’d like. You can also expect a lounge area, sofas, flat screen TV, and closet in each bedroom. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom’s bathroom is directly outside its door. Both bathrooms are covered in beautiful Italian marble and feature large walk-in showers.
The entire residence was renovated in 2016 and equipped with state-of-the-art air conditioning systems in every room, along with complimentary Wi-Fi.
Should you have a slightly larger group, there is also an option for a four-bedroom apartment of similar standard, a great option for a bigger family making the most of their time in fabulous Florence.
5. Opulence in the Tuscan Hills
Located on the spectacular Castiglion del Bosco estate in the Val D’Orcia region of Tuscany is a villa that will make you feel as though you’ve stepped into a dream. It is, in a word, expansive, resting on 7,050 square feet and featuring five bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms. With views of the nearby golf course, vineyard, and the stunning Tuscan countryside, you will wait to sit on the extensive terrace and stare at your surroundings forever. Oh, and that vineyard we mentioned? Yeah, you are guaranteed access to some delicious Tuscan wines. Need we say more?!
The villa includes many luxury amenities such as a private theater, tennis court, and a gorgeous heated pool located in the villa gardens. There is even a wood-fired outdoor oven for adventurous chefs to try their hand at rustic Tuscan cooking.
The main floor has two bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and one twin-bedded room, both with their own private bathrooms. The large villa has so much space to gather in the dining room, kitchen, and living room, which features a beautiful fireplace. Upstairs, you will find three more bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other two with king beds, each with a private bathroom. There is also a pool house, which includes a small living room, kitchenette, and full bathroom.
This estate also features several other villas, so if this one doesn’t fit your particular group size, we guarantee that one of them will. The collection of villas is managed by the Rosewood estate, so you will also have access to the many activities and dining options on offer on the Estate.
The Val D’Orcia region is one of the most spectacular in Italy (and that’s saying something!), recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The villa is the perfect base for exploring the region, which features historic towns and villages. Wine lovers will also rejoice in this region, with so many artisan Brunello producers nearby. Yes, please!
