Agave Azul is inspired by the Asian influences found among the colorful streets of Tijuana and showcases simple, fresh seafood with a twist and more than 100 brands of tequila and mezcal! Yet another option, Aqui Me Quedo, is a new adults-only enclave featuring open-air living and dining rooms and three infinity edge pools sunken in the sand. The restaurant within Aqui Me Quedo, La Cantina, features a menu that brings together the best of Mexican street food, craft beer, and coastal inspired cocktails. La Fondita draws inspiration from Mexico’s casual neighborhood restaurants. It is a tostaderia set in posh cantina décor and boasts favorites such as tostadas, tacos, aguas frescas, craft beer, and mezcal. Treat your sweet tooth at Pan Dulce, where they dive into the sweet side of Mexican cuisine, specializing in pastries, breads, and cookies.
