Friday Favorites: Las Vegas Style
Every year, hundreds (and hundreds) of travel professionals gather in Las Vegas for Virtuoso’s Travel Week. We network and learn all about fabulous updates to properties (looking at you Esprit St. Germain) and the goings-on around the world…Anyone for a wellness week at Le Sirenuse in Positano? It’s a lot of work but oh, so much fun!
This Friday Favorites is dedicated to our favorite restaurant/bar finds in Las Vegas.
Esther’s Kitchen – Poe Travel’s unanimous favorite. About a 14 minute ride outside the main strip, and totally worth it. They call it Italian Soul Food, we call it delicious. Reservations recommended.
Estiatrorio Milos in the Cosmopolitan. If you are in the mood for Greek and for fish, this is your place.
Lemongrass at the Aria. We didn’t leave the hotel much during the day, but this spot did not disappoint. And we rarely turn down Thai food.
Harvest at the Bellagio. Food was fresh and light and more of a farm-to-table experience. It had more of a sophisticated yet rustic feel to it than many of the other restaurants within the hotels. Perfect spot for light lunch and a glass of wine.
Gold Spike. Ready to play? It’s a couple of blocks off Fremont Street and where locals go. It has vintage arcade games inside and giant versions of bar games outside (think Baggo, beer pong, bowling). It’s just a fun place to grab a drink.
